Connections at 6th is a newly renovated affordable rental community with 68 spacious homes. We feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes in two three-story elevator buildings.
All homes have been completely remodeled with features including:
- energy efficient individual heat, air conditioning and hot water
- all new floor coverings including carpeting in the bedrooms and new plank vinyl flooring throughout the other rooms in the home
- new lighting
- new paint including a feature wall in each home
- all new windows

- homes on the first floor have private patios and homes on the second and third floors have Juliet porches
